FINGERPRINTING PHOTO/ID BADGES

• SET OF PRINTS $10.10 + taxes
• (Each additional set of prints) $5.51 + taxes
• PHOTOGRAPHS (1-1/2 X 1-1/2) $9.19 + taxes
• (Each additional photograph) $5.51 + taxes
• PHOTO WITH LAMINATED ID CARD $11.02 + taxes
• FINRA Fingerprint cards $1.84 + taxes

Fidelifacts fingerprinting services are open from 9:00AM to 1:00PM & 1:30PM to 4:30 PM MONDAY through THURSDAY. No appointments are needed. If you have a large number of people to process at one time, we can arrange for someone to come to your office. There is a service fee of $90.00 for any on-site visit in Manhattan plus expenses & basic charges. Outside of Manhattan, the on-site charge is $90.00 per hour from our office to your site and back, plus expenses and the basic print/photo charges listed above.

FINGERPRINT CARDS: You must use the FINRA bar coded card if your prints are to be processed by the FINRA. If you do not have cards, there is a $1.84 charge per card.

MINIMUM CHARGE ACCOUNT: In any month when you charge less than $30.00 for print/photo services, there is a minimum charge of $30.00 for that month. If no one was printed that month, there is no charge. If you don't expect to have many people and want to avoid the minimum, you can pay with money order, company check or cash.

REJECTED PRINTS: The FBI for many reasons, some of which are unavoidable, may reject prints. We will reprint at no extra charge in our office those persons who have been rejected once. If their prints are rejected a second time, there will be a charge.

ALL PERSONS BEING PRINTED MUST BRING PROOF OF IDENTITY. (GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID: DRIVER'S LICENSE / STATE ID OR PASSPORT - NO EXCEPTIONS! COMPANY ID IS NOT ACCEPTABLE)
