NAIC Third Party Verification Background Checks

The cost of typical NAIC background checks is $ 400.00* per person as long as there is nothing that has to be completed outside of the US. The reports take five to ten business days to complete, and upon completion we send the originals to the department of insurance of the state requiring the backgrounds and copies are sent to you.

In order to request reports, please provide us with completed, signed and notarized copies of the NAIC Biographical Affidavit and Authority for Release of Information form. Also send your requests with a check to cover the combined cost of all the reports.

*$460.00 per person if living in New York State.
